- Development of wood texture;

- Development of whitish or dark (depending on the wood species) spots.

Upon termination of contact these defects dismiss itself, the spots appear just once ( will not repeat in future, as it’s connected with the process of complete paint coating stabilization, remained for two or three weeks after painting).

It’s recommended (but not required) mountingaccording to the rules and regulations of the installation according to GOST (USSR Standard-Setting Authority) 30971-2002, using the schemes of typical erection joints, in compliance with process sequence for installation of window units, installation of drainage, reveals, window frames, mosquito nets and other accessories.

5.2. During installation it’s necessary to use only compatible with products fixing materials and to follow temperature requirement.

6. Exploitation.

6.1. The premises must be kept out in the following characteristics of temperature-humidity environment (optimal rates according to SNIP (Construction Norms & Regulations)  2.04.05-91):

- Relative humidity (in the warm season) - 30 - 60 % ;

- Relative humidity (in the cold and bordered periods of the year) 30 - 45%;

- The temperature  20-22 ° C;

- The presence of air change (air movement is not more than 0.2 m / s).

6.2. The premise in which wooden windows is installed, must have a good ventilation system. Ventilation should be opened.

6.3. If there is no ventilation or it is not satisfactory, it’s necessary to provide forced ventilation.

6.4. Do not allow condensation forming on the inside part of the window. If condensation occurs it must be removed with a dry soft cloth. Condensation on the window is always a consequence, cause heating and ventilation! In the case of condensation appearance it’s necessary to discuss this problem with a specialist in ventilation and heating to take measures to find the causes of condensation and ensure recommended indoor air and temperature.

6.5. The premise in which wooden windows is installed, should be well heated, must be accessible warm air from the radiator to the window. In winter time during the temperature rise above acceptable SanPin  (Sanitary Regulations and Norms) 24 degrees C it is desirable to install shunts regulators certified in the Russian Federation.

6.6. It’s not recommended to put heavy objects on wooden sills.

7. Exploitation during the finishing and / or other construction works.

Protective and preservativemeasures for products in conditions of unfavorable temperature and humidity environment:

7.1. Do not carry out repair, finishing and / or other construction works in areas with installed wooden or wood-aluminum windows, without adequate ventilation and temperature and humidity conditions providing exclusive condensation on windows and reveals – it’s necessary to cover window aperture with polyethylene film. The film should be glued to the back side of the wall. Sash window should be put to the minimum openingmode.

7.2. Provide all possible measures for normal temperature and humidity conditions -if necessary to make timely ventilation or heating of the premise. At least once a day (if necessary more often) to remove condensation from the windows with soft dry cloths, especially horizontal wooden details.To exclude appearance of condensation it’s necessary to organize urgent measures such as raising temperature, increasing the ventilation rate and air convection (blowing hot air directed towards the item is forbidden!).

7.3. Excludethe contact of mortar, putty or other mixtures with theitem.

7.4. When choosing methods of protection, take into account the following:

- Wooden parts are protected from contact with mixtures. Do not pack windows onpolyethylene film or other air-proof materials during repair works.

- Do not stick tape to the wooden parts of the window;

- If possible to use a mixture with a neutral PH;

- Do not use a mixture based on biteboth paint and wood;

- Be aware that the lack of air and high humidity in the premise lead to a warp, fissuring and moldiness growth on the details window.

7.5. Exclude any contact of mixtures with fitting. Contact with sand can easily damage the fluoroplasticbushings installed inside the pivot.

7.6. According to GOST 24866-99 p.8.8 it’s necessary to maintain temperature not below +5 °С in the premise where windows are installed.
